My rear shocks hold air okay, but any dampening of the shocks themselves seems pretty weak. So those of you that have replaced them, did you go with stock, or has anyone tried Progessives? If, so any opinion as to compared to stock? Tx
I bought my bike used. And it had progresives shocks on it .
It sat low And the suspesion was way to firm . I heard good things about progresive shocks , May have been the model I had ?
The indy I used ordered me A set of air shocks from Vtwin catalog ? http://www.vtwinmfg.com/NewVtwinWeb/
They work pretty good ! I think its 3/4" lower than stock ?
I have an 91 ultra..went with progressive on the back...worked out really nice ..like it alot better and handles better...thinking about taking the air out of the forks since its easy to switch back and forth on that to see what happens
