Take a look at that graph again, both gains of tuning are the same width, the lower is HP and a gain of 6, the top has the same width of gain in torque and 28. Unfortunatly something is wrong with the numbers, in all due respect it takes more than a cam to get to 96 tq

Yes, it us a fuel injected bike. It is hard to say - I would say that alot of it has to do with how well it is tuned (carb or FI)

The pic that I posted was only a portion of one of the graphs ... I will try and put up the whole page tomorrow. I have not figured out how to post pics from this iphone yet.

Bottom graph is AFR's and at 13.8 wide open throttle, the dotted line across is 13.5.

The upper graph is 10 per square starting at 50 and readings are running into the 70 line, no charted runs running to 3 lines higher which is 90. Sorry something is wrong with the calculated read out

I'm sure the bike runs well but there is no way with just those mods your gonna pull that much torque. Maybe the tuner wanted to prove their ability or justify the money for the tune. Let me ask if the tuner was the same person who sold and/or installed the parts? If so theres your answer. If thats all it took to get that much torque you'd be waiting on a list just to get a EV27 cam. But as long as your happy thats all that matters just be aware your no where near 96 ft lbs of torque.

96 would be a torque monster. What's that little blip up at the end? Perhaps that's the "96"? The 70s number seems more logical, but I'm no expert.

The blip is a blip and still not in the 90 range, usually the graphs do that the opposite way when the clutch slips, can't explain the torque gain blip unless the nitrous came in jumping up and the clutch started slipping and went south on the graph

Default Dyno Sheet

Attached is the sheet that was done when we tuned the Lowrider. Bottom 2 lines are a base run so you can see any improvements, if any, have been done. As you can see, started out with 70.94 hp & 77.12 tq, Andrews Ev-13 cam & stock heads & stock bore & stroke and a few other parts. Top 2 lines are after other mods were put in place, S&S heads with bigger valves, 76CC combustion chamber's, roller rocker arms, taller springs to accept the V-Thunder EVL-5005 cam, .030 head gasket that put CR around: 9.25:1. CCP was & still is about 175, after 2000 break in miles. Bumped the #'s up to 78.68hp & 85.07 tq. If you go to this site:
http://www.nightrider.com/biketech/hplist_evo80.htm, About 89 ft. lbs. of tq is all they go with the EV-27. Great cam, but to get that kind of tq, most seem to go with other cams, major headwork & carbs. Aint saying it can't be done, but better choices out there for just numbers. Dyno's are a great tool to get air/fuel mixture right, & to get the motor dialed in , overall, but it's the "fun factor" that really matters. And like others have posted, your dyno sheet doesn't look right & doesn't have the detail, as mine does. Say's something about the tuner. :-). Enjoy the bike & ride the crap out of it! I am! Loving it!!
Ride safe,
Harold

I installed the cam and then loaded a map that Fuel moto was kind enough to send me so that I could ride it to the dyno tuner. It is a night and day difference but what you guys are saying makes complete sense. I called the tuner today and he was willing to put it back on the dyno for me. She is running great ... I guess I just wont know what kind of numbers she puts out though.

Thats OK because I honestly dont care about the numbers. She runs exactly how I needed her to now as opposed to a slug. (although I did post them because I was shocked at the torque number)

My review on this cam has not changed regardless ... It was exactly what the doctor ordered.
