Default Friday Night

Stinking hot down here today and at 5 o'clock I felt utterly jaded and really tired (antibiotics knock me out) after a day at the computer for the day job, I work from home so its not too bad...I didn't feel like riding or doing anything....then I went out to the workshop to measure my shock absorbers and the next thing I know I've been for a 50 mile ride and feel completely refreshed and happy...could have kept on riding but Mrs Spanners was getting my dinner ready.

The moral of this story?

RIDE!!!!!!
