Default speedo question

I am seriously considering changing my front wheel from a 21" to short fat 16" wheel. Does anyone know what I'll need to do to make the speedo read accurate? I searched the forum and could find the answer...

Thanks in advance

Ben

I have a 16" front wheel and I have a 2240:60 speedo drive.

You will probably have to change your speedometer to match.
