just bought a 95 fxstc with 45k on the clock. Thought id say hi looking to do a bunch of mods , not sure what all is interchangeable but any place to start would be appreciated.

The cheapest way to go is to find a good powder coater.
Not all powder coaters are created equal.
When trying one take one or 2 pieces to them to see how they do.
Good looking bike. Finding a black swing arm would be easy there is tons of people who are looking for them. I want to do chrome on mine but it's down the list away.
Also if you get a chance could you send me a couple of pics of the seat and maybe a make and model. The wife wants a new seat and I'd like one with a back rest for me for the long rides. Just looking at different options.
Most everything to 99 will fit from softails, after that some mods might be in order but if you dig enough you would be surprised how much fits one model to the next.
