My setting is on the 3rd curve for hi compression. Should I go to 2nd curve?

you might want to try and index the plugs as that will fix the 2 sided burn - have the open end of the plug facing exactly to the center of the combustion chamber - car speed shops sell indexing washers for flat gasket plugs

Opposite, 4th curve is for later advancement, see if the 4th helps dieseling. If that strap is 90 octane then 93 will bring to the center, if it is 93 then you need to back down 1 curve. 4th is for big engine or higher compression, I'm letting more air of the cylinders than you with a later intake closing cam and can get away with the 2nd curve but have to come back to the 3rd loaded so it sounds about right to run on the 4th curve for your compression.

OK, I don't turn the ignition. I just switch to the 4th retard mode. And or find 93 octane. Thanks for every ones input.

Yes, if that is 90 then switch the dip switches to the 4th mode or find 93 like you said. higher octane slows the rate of combustion and will live on the 3rd curve with 93.
