Implies that you should quit your bitching, with "it" referencing "your bitching," as opposed to someone else' bitching, with "your" being the adjective for "Bitching."

Implies that "you are bitching" in case someone didn't realize they were, in fact bitching, and then ordering them to quit it. "You" being subject, "are bitching" the verb, I think. Been a few years since I did this kinda stuff.
So, I think either way is acceptable, but then I'm no English major. In the mean time, I'll just put the OP on my DNH (Do Not Help) list, as he obviously does not desire any help from us again.
