Angry WARNING/web site

I ordered lifters for my EVO from parts4powertoys.com.They took my credit card and i never heard from them again.Tried calling:no answer. Tried email: no answer Please beware before ordering parts from them!!! Skip

Never had anything but excellent service from them try using this email. roman.melnyk@parts4powertoys.com he is the man as far as customer service goes.

well this sucks... i just ordered a set last friday...=-/...paid thru paypal

UPDATE: i emailed them using the addy spanners provided....guy got right back to me...said i should expect mine within next 48 hours

I had great service from them as well. Got my lifters pretty fast, had one with a scuff on the roller. Called them up late that evening, emailed a pic of the lifter, and had a new one 2 days later, no questions asked. I even offered to send the old one back and they said not necessary.
This sounds contradictory to their normal MO. Keep us updated.

Have used them with great service etc.
I would suspect there is a communication messup somewhere , try there customer service and im sure they will step up .
