Never had anything but excellent service from them try using this email. roman.melnyk@parts4powertoys.com he is the man as far as customer service goes.
I had great service from them as well. Got my lifters pretty fast, had one with a scuff on the roller. Called them up late that evening, emailed a pic of the lifter, and had a new one 2 days later, no questions asked. I even offered to send the old one back and they said not necessary.
This sounds contradictory to their normal MO. Keep us updated.

I would suspect there is a communication messup somewhere , try there customer service and im sure they will step up .
