It came right down to the wire, but I am finished for the season. Fedex dropped the ball delivering tires to the shop, so I only had today to finish everything before I fly back to CT tomorrow.
My goal was to get everything done that was necessary to take the bike off the jack. It took a few hours, but both wheels are on, the belt is adjusted, and here it sits:

Thanks guys, you might have to team up to ride - two push and one makes vroom vroom noises! I'm happy I was able to sit on it and pretend for a few minutes.
I've got bikes to ride in CT, so I can wait until next year to ride the springer.
