? about race tuner

i have a 2006 road king classic and i want to put on rineharts true duals and a airfilter kit. my dealer said that i need a race tuner so they can tune in on the dino. my ? is do i need the race tuner and what is the diff between a racetuner and a power commander?

I did not think the new 06 model tuner was out yet. YOU cannot use a 05 model tuner. But yes with the tq robbing rehinharts you will need all the help you can get. The tuner will be helpful in that area. Good luck with the pipes.....
