Can't understand someone that drops $16K or so on a bike and then wants to cheap out on an exhaust or other parts for the bike. If money is tight and you want it fairly loud, get the cheapest slip-on you can find! It'll work fine for a year or two. Ebay would be a good place to start.
Loud and cheap? How about $15 for a chunk of pipe from the muffler shop and some hose clamps and BBQ flat black from the hardware store. Be careful what you ask for around here...
I've actually seen people go out and buy a new bike, pull off the stock mufflers and replace them with exhaust tips from an auto parts store......yea, around $8 for both...chrome finish...tighten the set screws..
I think I spent a little over $300 for two Vance and Hines slip ons when I first bought my 2013. Four years later and 37,000 miles they still look good, sound great, and I'm happy with them.
$300 shouldn't break the bank. HD does stand for hundred dollar after all.
Classifieds or EBay....Fuelmoto has decent price on their stuff but also other companies...I would rather buy a used set of good pipes than a new cheap set.

If money is that tight probably shouldnt have bought that 16K Harley. But yea, throw some cheap junk on it to get by.
