I believe that V&H exhausts are overpriced and overrated, as well as having some quality issues. But I would be suspicious of an exhaust made in Korea. Too good to be true, but you can give it a try and you might be surprised.
They might be playing on the fact that the RB Racing LSR is an excellent exhaust system and hope that someone might confuse that with LSD.
So I went and ordered the LSD pipes, and they just showed up today.
First impressions are;
- Impressive packaging, very small chance of getting damaged.
- Heavier than I expected.
- Chrome is very shiny, with no noticeable blemishes.
- Haven't found an install sheet, but then who needs one right...
- Appears to have all the necessary hardware and brackets to install.
Right now it looks like they're worth every penny of $288.00.
I'll install them tomorrow and see how they fit. Pictures then.
Of course the proof is in the pudding so we'll see how they look after 3-4 months.
I'll report back then.
Got the pipes on, and they seem pretty nice. Install was fairly straight forward, no suprises.
I'm liking the way they look so no buyers remorse yet. I havent fired it up yet though, still cleaning the fuel system.
