Welcome to the forum , not much help here , but they do look like oem , check out Ronnie's , do believe those stock headers started in 07 , could be wrong though .
Have a look at this link , on a 07 Fatboy . Not sure , but they may be on others as well . Whether or not they would fit , I don't know .
Those Hi/Low pipes go back to 2000 Fatboys
Bike in OP`s pic appears to have the stock head pipes with aftermarket slip on mufflers
Likely they could be used on your 96 WITH BRACKET MODIFICATIONS
Remember the frame changed in `00 to accommodate the Twin cam B motor
But the exhaust port locations are the same as your EVO
Here`s the original Shotgun pipes as fitted to EVO Fat Boys `90-99
the cross-over pipe is more visible and the spacing is different
note the large horizontal bracket / probably more difficult to find
