Default Will changing baffles require new download?

Just had Stage I done to my 08 SG. Put on Rush 2.0 which sound great but too loud for me. If I change baffles, will I need to get a new download? Also, is the Rush 2.5 the loudest or softest Rush baffle?

If you drop down to the Rush 1.75 baffles you will have a little more exhaust restriction, but the worst case would be that you run a tad rich. Will it be too rich? Unlikely since the A/F is already pretty lean. I think the bike will just run better.

No you will not have to do another download. I will agree with theother comment. I think it will run better also.

2.5" = LOUD

My scoot runs just fine with the 2.5". Actually better than the 2.0". Maps make the difference.

It is just my hearing that has a problem [:@][8D][:-]

I would think you might pick up some low to mid range torque as the stage one is for pipes more like se's that would be more resrtricted than rush w/2".
