FM 2-1-2 jackpot header with V&H oversized mufflers?

FM 2-1-2 jackpot header with V&H oversized mufflers?
Is it advisable to run this set up?
wood 22xe cam going in, Arlen ness big sucker a/c. 2020 street glide 107.
Currently have stock headers with Vance and Hines oversized slip ons. 4.5. Can I run these mufflers with a better headpipe like Fuel Moto jackpot 2-1-2 with some sort of baffle?
or do I go full 2-2? 2-1? Whats the best all around- want good sounds but also dont want to sacrifice performance just to get better sound.
