Default Head Porting

Havingsome warranty work done on bike and figured while the top end was off I might as will do some porting on the heads and found out that exhaust valves were trying to stick, checked clearance on valveguides and they were under factory spec.5/16 valves are supposed to be .002 thousandthsclearance and on my heads they were. .0- .001 and thats on the SE. FXSTSSE the best you can buy! Looks like Harley needs to pay more attention to engine building program! I would have been surprised if my bike made it another 5000miles. I have 4000 on it now. But at least now I can rest assured that my bike wont blow up because the heads were fu**ed up! I work @ the highest standards. And work for Avery reputable cylinder company and work for the best high performance cylinder head manuf. in the world.

P.S. Twin cam 96in. heads are even worse! I ported some of those too.

So what are some of the better twin cam stock heads before porting and after?
