Reinhardts versus Bassini True Duals
But as I have looked around some, at pipes lately the Bassini true dual bagger pipes are really a bit nicer looking to me (Personally.) What is evident to me, is the rear pipe on the Bassini appears to circle the back head. My guess this is an attempt to balance the two pipe lengths for balance between to two cylinders back pressure. The Reinhardts lack this. While I see one disadvantage is heat with the Bassini back pipe circle.....I am not complaining and whining about my stock pipes being an oven....So that part it is not an issue or consideration for me.
This aside I would love to hear about the Bassanis. Do they perform as well or better then the R's? And how are they for sound compared to the R's? We know that is very important when you jack out the bucks for pipes.
Thanks, all thoughts are welcome here. I do plan to Cam the stock engine a up a bit from stock. But will wear out my heads before I buy new ones that flow better. Though I know this is a bigger bang then the cam itself. Frankly the 08 runs pretty darn nice and strong as it is. But I have to get rid of the LA meter maid sounds it makes from the exhaust and I mean ASAP![/align]
