Your modification will cause an air flow imbalance. It’s supposed to be air in, air out. What you do on one end you must do on the other. That also has to be a carefully constructed package that experienced techs and shop’s can help you with. You are getting correct advice here and from your shop. Do not use splashy manufacturers advertising to make purchase decisions and remember chrome doesn’t get you home. Keep us posted with your progress. That will help us and others to learn what works and what doesn’t.

Okay will i am new to motorcycle, so stay stock and upgrade the slip ons would be better?

Ok i get the air in, air out. so i'll talk more with what the shop tells me on exhaust pipes or just slip ons

Had a 95 road king, true duals, not sure where the loss of power hen talk comes from. It ran great and I wasn’t always looking for more throttle.

Do it, ride it, and enjoy it. To the query, a tune never hurts. Just choose whichever tuner you like and set it up.

Maybe it comes from countless people actually putting it on a dyno and seeing the loss of low-end . Not your wishful butt dyno.that apparently is in bad need of being tuned itself.
