Just wanted to highlight the outstanding service I received today from Khrome Werks. I ordered a set of Khrome Werks 4.5 HP Plus slip-ons for my 2021 Road King Police. Bought the mufflers from J&P Cycles. I ran into an issue installing the mufflers with my 13" shocks. I submitted a question through the Khrome Werks website at about 5PM tonight. I got a call from an employee within about 10 minutes. He called on his ride home from work (on a Friday night) and gave me several suggestions on how I could get around the issue I was having. Truly outstanding service and a high-quality product. Highly recommended!

 

100% agree! Its the only exhaust I put on my bikes since 2021 due to their quality and top-notch customer service. Example, I had bought slipons from another hd forum member back in 2021 in the eclipse finish for my 2021 cvo limited. When I received them, I noticed the right muffler wasnt dimpled to clear the axle nut. I contacted them and told them I had bought the mufflers from another customer and not from them directly. The dude apologized for the manufacturing defect, sent me a new muffler no questions asked and I've been a loyal customer ever since.
