I was thinking about putting these on my 05 bagger (carbed) but I want to be able to hear my radio going down the road.

I have a set of those in the atic of my garage, found the quieter noteofmy Supermeg was more to my liking. My dad just yanked a set off his bike and replaced them with the 49 state legal 07 model SE's. Some may say the older SE's are tame, to me they are loud. You can hear the radio with themif you turn it up loud enough.

A lot will depend on whether you're putting them on the stock head pipes with the crossover or if you've changed to a true dual type header. The true duals are going to be louder, I know.
