ok, question to all--- looking to change my pipes from stock to true duel on my 2005 road king.
what is the general opinon on what kind to get?

The best thing you can do is hang around the Stealers, and other Harley Hangouts and see which pipes appeal to you. That way you can not only get a good look at the different pipes available but you can hear them also. I have never met a Harley rider that wasn't eager to fire up their bike so someone could hear their pipes. After you do that I am confident you will settle on the Rinehart True Dules.

am considering the same pipes.
Many people tell me there is a loss of torque with true duals. Is this correct?
How 'bout 2 into 1 pipes - am told that's the best for more torque.
The vance & hines allow use of almost any slip-on.
