Engine rebuilding skills needed?
Just a quick quesstion. I am the guy that posted about the 95" burning an excesive amout of oil after getting my engine reebuilt. This is the second time that it has happened and I was was wondering how hard would it be for a novice to tear apart that engine and put it all back together so that when I am running down the road I don't throw a piston through my leg. I am getting pissed at throwing money away on something I am sure I can do myself, but not actually haveing done it before, I wonder if I am biting off more then I could chew. I have a culmers, how hard can it be?

I would chedk and see if the second rings are installed upside down, I dont remember which kind of ring set came with my SE pistons, but when they have a chamfer on the inside edge, the top ring chamfer always faces up, and the middle ring always faces down. If you mix them up, or line up the end gaps with each other, the motor will pump oil like crazy.
