I'm thinking of changing to a 2 into 1 exhaust. With an eye towards future engine mods (current set -up '05 Deluxe Stage 1) I have read a lot of the great posts re: Fat Cats and others being great performance pipes for larger builds. However, I just can't shake the thought that my bike needs to look Nostalgic. I've been thinking old school, namely, fishtails, but am wary of putting on true duals and sacrificing big time on performance. What do you all think of going with a Paughco 2 into 1 header with 3" fishtail? Would this be a decent compromise between looks and performance? How much do you think I'd give up performance wise compared to say Fat Cat? Any and all opinions welcomed. Thanks.
Back to the top. On a scale of 1-10, with V&H duals at 1 and Fat Cat at 10, where do you all think the Paughco 2 into 1 header with 3" fishtail would fall for first of all TQ, and second, HP? Thanks again.
