baffle removal help needed
Last night I helped a friend remove, well try to remove, the baffles from the V&\\;H exhaust. \\; I have replaced mine and it was very easy. \\; These wouldn't budge. \\; Tried letting the motor run for about 10 minutes to heat the exhaust up and that helped a little. \\; Also tried WD-40 with little success. \\; Come to find out, he had used packing tape to hold the fiberglass in place on the baffles when he installed them!!!!! \\; I am pretty sure that the tape has melted and gummed up around the baffles!!!! \\; Any ideas on how to remove them???? \\; Anything to dissolve the tape?? \\; Any special tools to help remove?? \\; Any help is greatly appreciated.
