Yes, my friend has a '09 Ultra.
In his pipe search, he installed and ran the following with no problems:
'99 cored Stockers
'06 65115-98b's
'06 CVO stock pipes
'03 V&H Classics
He ended up with the '06 CVO mufflers (cats had been bored out), so he could hear his radio.

The lower shock mount gets in the way of most of them. My Rush's have a area formed around the shock mounts. All manufacturers are now redesigning and releasing their systems. I hear the V&H Monster Ovals are out now. They were not when I picked up my 09 UC neither were Reinharts. Many good things starting to come out for 09's. Power Commander is soon coming out with the PC5 for 09's. So many ways to spend your money.
