Today i big bored my 07 883. The bike ran perfect before i took it apart. I have a powercommander and i had the map perfect on it. Today i did the big bore kit replaced every gasket and oring, loaded a 1200 map into it, started it and it runs like crap. Pops through the intake idles up and down dies. So i took some carb cleaner and sprayed it on the intake manifold where it meets the head. It reved up. So i took the mani off everything looked good i used new gaskets put it together same thing. Is it this vacuume leak makeing this thing run so lean? I'm pulling my hair out here.
Ahh that may be the problem. I just got a map from their site. I tried the 883 map that was in it from fuel moto but that didn't run any better than the 1200 map. I guess i'll have to call jamie and see what he can do. thanks
