Guys which mark is used on a twin cam b motor to align the cams?

I see three marks, a circle looking and a "B" and a straight line.

Also can some buddy tell me the stock cam numbers, duration etc for a TC B motor and also a Stock touring bike.

THe number i am needing are from a 99,00 stock twin cam.
