RE: dyno tune at red river
You might want to call them first and ask them what it'll cost. I had told them I wanted a SERT and to get my bike dyno'd. What would it cost? Never got anything too definite. They would just tell me a cost per hour and it could take 3 days to get it done correctly............ ummmmmmm...... thanks, click!

seems like it was sixty something an hour. Just curious how good the tuner is. With everything else they are a really friendly dealer and seem to be helpful.

True, they are really friendly. I drove over 2 hours (I'm about 20 miles from Ft Worth HD) one way to deal with them - twice! I don't know anything about their tuner other than they can't give any close estimates on the tune job. If they even said $600 +/- 200 that's better than "we don't really know". I'll end up taking both my bikes to another well-known tuner in the DFW area.

We rode by the Red River shop on our way home from Billings yesterday....

Are you getting a Power Commander or a SERT tuned?

There is a GREAT PC tuner in Dallas ~ Sabin Performance. It would be worth the ride. They also do SERT's, but I have no experience with SERT results.

My bike is carbureated and I also have a adjustable crane ignition but I'm mainly concerned with getting the air fuel ratio dialed in.
