volocity stack

Default volocity stack

was wondering if anyone can explain the difference between running a volocity stack as suppose to airfilter?I think the stack would be getting the most air flow?Thanks

You'll get a lot af air flow with the velocity stack. Along with air, you'll be sucking bugs, dirt, rocks, and rain into the engine. Velocity stacks are great on a bike used only for drag racing because the engine gets torn down and rebuilt after a few runs. Don't use them on a bike you plan on riding on the streets.

i've run a stack on my 113" Ultima for 2 yrs ... they have a fine mesh screen to keep stuff out...only downside, keep your leg off it cause it will suck your pants in and kill the motor...i love my stack
