Default Engine builder/tuner?

Anyone know of, or has done business with, an engine builder/tuner in Northeast Ohio?

I have an '06 FLHXI with a little over 24K on it. stock 88 except for PCIII, V&H Slip-ons, and SE air kit.

Looking to upgrade cams. Also looking to go to new style tensioner or gear drive.
Probably have to do lifters/springs due to mileage I would imagine. Dyno tune is also
needed of course after parts swap.

Looking for improved torque from idle to 4500-5000 RPM. Not looking to go to 95" at this time.

If staying with the 88", a Andrews 26 cam set, and the Wood conversion kit which has roller link chains on BOTH sides of the plate.
