Where you will see the most difference is, if the bike was working well before, at the "Rideable" type of thing.
If you put in bigger injectors you need to let the ECM know.
Picture this--The original TB was probably smaller--If so for a given throddle opening particularly at the small percentage openings--there will be a lot more air going in.
This is usually the areas where you just want to get going or barely going real slow maybe--below 2.5-5 % opening. Will need to increase the Accelerate numbers in the program. This area, if not right, will drive you crasy and be a real safety consern.
Got to keep it from falling on its face from real lean condition . Once you get those areas working seems I remember most of the rest did OK. Engine didn't care, air is air.
But if there was any restriction that you are improving on, you still may get a lean condition so watch for it.
I put on a 58 m/m TB to my o8 107 fatboy and had to do some fine tuning awhile. Runs great now so can be done.
I use a TTS and can watch for Air Flo with the O2 sensors on the bike.. You may need a dyno with O2 sensors to get it right.

It's said that if you change only one, intake or exhaust, nothing need be done. If you change both, yes, a new download is needed, but we all know a MoCo download is a waste of $$. My experience was, I started with just an exhaust change and noticed some decel popping, so I changed the intake and remap the ECM. These bikes are lean to begin with and changing something up will increase that lean burn. Try it and see what becomes of ride ability issues, if any. If it's popping, even a little, I would remap, but then you may as well change the intake before the remap.
Have an '06 Fuel Injected Ultra. If I install a Screaming Eagle intake on it, will my ECM need to be recalibrated?
If you are talking about the intake manifold, you gain nothing on a stock engine to intall a larger manifold; a waste of money that would be better spent on opening up air cleaner, exhaust and tuning.
This SE 58 m/m TB for me was a tuning challenge really.
Can make it work so good don't even notice.
With a 107 probably not that useful really.
Would work great on a 117 or bigger engine.
I tell myself,-- no restriction at the intake though.
