I have an 03 Dyna, did some engine work on it last year, runs great but looking for a little more. I've put the following into the engine: 95CI, SE CNC HTTC heads, SE HTTC pistons 10.5 to 1, SE 257 cams, SE 44mm CV carb., SEII slipons, SE adjustable Ing., SE roller rockers, SE tappets and adjustable pushrods, SE rocker supports, Arlen Ness big sucker air cleaner, 337 gearing and a SE clutch kit, I think that covers it, now I recently was able to acquire a 51mm CV carb, V&H Pro pipe with comp. baffle, I will install them this winter, my question is should I leave the cams alone or should I bump them up to SE 260 cams, not sure what to do, any help would be appreciated.
Just my .02 cents, but I would change the cams, I would look outside the HD equipment. Go to Woods performance site and look at the dyno for 95" with diff cams specs that should help you make up your mind, or even better call Bobby or at Woods he loves to help people with cam selection
You've got a great start, with the right cams and breather you could put out some big numbers, the 337 gears will make it all work real well.
