do i need to dyno tune

if i was to install slip ons instead of a full exhaust,would i still need to flash my chip??? and dyno tune?? I have a 06 road glide

Just slip ons, no. But a dyno wouldn't hurt it.

If its an o7 you need a flash or pc111 right out of the door. If you do anything to the motor at all you are rolling the dice on engine damage without a programmer.

It would be to your advantage to get an ECM update or an EFI Management unit (SERF/DFO).....

If all you are doing is putting on a set of mufflers, you need to remember that you will be taking away backpressure, as the stock mufflers on 06's had a catalytic converter on the right side.......

Take that away, and you lose a little bit of scavenging....

If you are planning on installing an AC unit, you MUST upgrade/Update the ECM programming........ More air means you need more fuel for optimum performance......
