Need help,PLEASE,I own a stock 1991 evo 1340, it has a Muki carb,and stock screaming eagle pipes that came on bike new.I am thinking about putting in a anderws EV 27 cam,and a new module,ok How do I get the compression for stock to 9.5.1 Should I mill the heads,is so how much to get that compression,or should I replace the pistions,if so what do I look for,anyone out their have the 1991 FLSTC,and did the mods.please e-mail me at donaldmettler@ymail.com

What your doing has been replicated 10,000 times, or more, by shops all over the country. Good combo.
Re-surface the heads, approx .065-.070".(about the same that the S/E heads had removed from them, for those model/years)
You'll need to re-fit the intake manifold.
