If it is EFI, it is contolled by the Electronic Control Module (ECM) ...
You could get a system that will allow you to override the settings ... ThunderMax, TTS MasterTune, Cobra FI2000 to name a few ...
In my experience, if the thing is properly tuned, you should not be experiencing shaking like crazy at idle ...
Or ... you could be experiencing issues with alignment of the frame/motor mount, a worn out rubber mount, some contact between the motor or transmission and the frame ...
Check the manual and it will have a troubleshooting section on excessive vibrations ... it has been a while since I looked it up ... don't have my manual handy ...
