Default Python vs V&H

I have heard that Python Staggered Duels are the same as V&H Staggered Duels with just different names on them and both made by V&H. If this is true does anyone know if all the sound and power characteristics are exactly the same. If so it would make sence to buy the pythons because they are much cheaper. I know the pythons don't have the end caps but is that worth the extra price if that is the only difference. Thanks for any comments, crzrlou

Don't know about the staggered duals but I had Python slip-ons on my bike and didn't like the sound. Too tinny. Replaced them with Vance & Hines Ovals. Sounds great now.

Well here ya go, The Pythons are the same as you said except for the end caps, personally I like the looks of the Pythons a little better, for the reason on that, it cleans up the pipe's a little, they have the same baffles in them, this I know because I've comparred them to the BigShot Staggerds that a freind of mine has.
I like mine, they really clean up the bike and sound great doing it.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for that info.

I'm leaning towards the Pythons for my ride when I pick it up later next month.

I've heard both and a good friend has the Pythons. The Vance and Hines do sound much better IMO. The pythons are'nt bad for the money but to me have a hollow sound to them that V&H don't. Probably just a difference in baffles...
