Long story short - I had to take off the inner primary. I got the Sealing bolts etc. but I didn't realize it called for a "NEW" compensator bolt. I actually have a SE Compensator and the bolt looks slightly different (no washer) but the question is - do I need to install a new bolt?
part number for the SE compensator bolt is 4857. Not sure if it's a special bolt or if you can just get one from fastenal or a place that sells bolts that aren't made in China.
I did some other searching on the subject and found that some people have reused the bolt with no issue (though that doesn't make it right). I went by one of the HD dealerships to get some oil and they said they don't stock it but can order it. If that's the case I'm going to head over to the other dealership where I purchased the bike and have them order it. Maybe not that big a deal but I prefer the other dealership just a little more - although the other dealership doesn't carry Redline fluids ... go figure.
