There are a lot of great 2 into 1 pipes out there. Rinehart wouldn't be my favorite, but I'm sure it's a quality piece. D&D Fat Cat is hard to beat, Bassani, Supertrapp, V&H Pro Pipe, Thunderheader, and others mentioned are all very good pipes. What's "best"? Different pipes work better on different builds, then there is the look and sound preferences. As a rule most 2 into1s give you more torque where you need it, in the low and midrange, and make the bike more fun to ride. It's your choice.
I have the Supertrapp supermeg 2:1.
it has a great torque curve.
really not much curve at all, almost a flat line.
starts high and stays high until around late 3's then starts dropping
I have a 2n1 Thunderheader on my Evo & love it, nothing sounds like it, louder than most (except straight pipes) when cruising & LAF during WOT. I rode a friends 07 SG with a 113" HD motor that has a V&H 2n1 & DAMN it sounds great! I'll buy the V&H next time, it's quiet when cruising, but lets everyone know when you're having a romp!

That's my experience with mine. Although I was attracted by the tunability, I put all the discs on that it came with, had it tuned on a dyno and left it like that! My bike is so smooth running and sweet that I have never adjusted anything since.
As for what is 'best', I just wish we could ban that word here in HDF! Best for what? Many after-market pipes are just too noisy IMHO, but I am very happy with my Supermeg. I don't plan trying anything else for a long time!
The "best" pipe for your application WAS, the White Bros. "E" Series, 2/1.
If you can find one, buy it, but if not, then a Supertrapp 2/1 would be a great choice, as the discs allow a skilled tuner, the latitude to expose the entire rpm band to you.
This is not based on opinion, this is based on over 15 years, of dyno tuning knowledge.

I have the White Brothers E-series. Love the sound. Unfortunately I don't have any discs or endcaps for tuning. Can't find them anywhere. I may eventually put a Supertrapp muffler on the E series header though. Looking at an aluminum or chrome Elite S/C. Should be ideal then.
I have a 106 kit on my street bob. I went with a v&h propipe. Bike makes 107hp/115tq. It hits 100tq at 2300 rpms.
I'm happy with mine however Scott's advice is probably the best.
happy with my bub 7 2 to1
had a supertrap in the past and it is a great pipe, not to mention super light too. I wanted to get one when I bought the bub, but I found the bub for super cheap new.
