If I am "reading" this correctly it might have a little longer legs?
Longer legs but will come on a little later; can't have it all. As long as you are looking at Andrews cams, take a look at the new 57 as well. Most cams have a 2000rpm range where they work the best, you need to figure out which 2000rpm range you want the strongest response.

Thanks for the input, I looked at the specs for these and with 40 degree's of overlap and the long durations I think they might be a bit much for my style of riding, I am really looking for lots of good smooth low end torque and as much mid range power as I can get without comprimising the low end ridability for 2-up cruising.

The 48 is your huckleberry. The 48 charts I have seen show a pretty flat torque curve out to about 4500; great for two up touring.
