diagnostic trouble codes

Default diagnostic trouble codes
I have two codes on my bike right now. One is P0501=VSS Low EFI, and the other is P0505= Loss of idle speed control EFI. From what I have read on this forum I believe it to be my speed sensor. Before I take it to my HD dealer I would like to know exactly what these two codes are. Any info would be a big help.

ape hangers, but it run fine for three months after that
