Nothing against the Powervision but the OP did not mention the Powervision. The two tuners he mentioned, V&H Fuelpak and Cobra indicated to me that the OP was looking for a tuner for a Stage I configuration, could be wrong; you know what "they" say about assumptions.

IMHO, the Powervision is overkill for a Stage I upgrade. Having said that, if a more sophisticated fuel management syste, like the Powervision was callled for, I would opt for the TTS Mastertune over the Powervision.
