Timing?
I just put in a set of andrews 48H cams in my 2009 FLHTC. This is the first time I did this Mod myself. After I got everything together, stated it and took it out for a test. At 3000 RPM it started to breakup real bad. So I reset the Push Rods again making sure I followed the proper procedure. It still breaks up at 3000 RPM. Could I be one tooth of on my timing? Anyone?

The Cobra Power unit will only tune for fuel right? No timing or am I thinking of a different Cobra unit.

Yes, the dyno operator will put a sniffer in your pipe and check your air fuel ratio. Im thinking this will show you were your problem is, likely real lean were you are "breaking up"?

if the 48`s were the only mod done,i really cant see it being that out of tune (unless it was right on the edge to begin with)does it run OK under 3000?if so,the cams are probley installed correct and a tune will correct it
