Default Possible engine build

I'm looking for feedback for this potential build for low end/mid range

2000 Road king, 95" with headwork, S&S 583 , 9.8-1 comp., .030 head gasket. R&B blackhole 2-1.

Thoughts please.

Built a 98"/.583/our Stage II Heads, 9.4 cr, that the client had that pipe, and a 45 Mikini.
It was tuned at Stickly Wicked Cycles, in the San Fran Bay area.
95 hp, but 120 ft/lbs!!
