trouble installing new slip ons
I got some new Tab slip ons for my VRSC and am having some trouble sliding the new slips ons... I am thinking of using a rubber mallet, but not sure how that would be necessary. Not sure if to spray the inside of the new slip ons with heat silicone or wd 40..
Any ideas?

I wouldn't imagine some WD40 would be an issue. Then maybe add a little anti seize so you won't have trouble getting them back off again?
Are the end of the header pipes corroded some, or have gunk on them? Maybe hit them with some fine grit to smooth them out.
