Default Found a basket case

Hey guys I found a 1957 Flathead bobber build basket case. The motor says 57G. I am new and trying to do some research. Wiki suggest this is small v-twin G (Servi-Car) Model, 1932–1973, 750 cc.

This correct? Guy has option for, "Triumph 4 speed [useable as is?]or OEM 3 speed trans[complete, but needs re-build] ,with clutch".

Here is the description.

45 bobber basket case
57G re-builder motor,complete - needs hardware.
Triumph 4 speed [useable as is?]or OEM 3 speed trans[complete, but needs re-build] ,with clutch
Custom "unfinished" double downtube frame.Needs some brackets & transmission mount. We have the instructions to mount the triumph trans.
70's FX front fork with wheel.Left apart to see how nice it is.Will re-assemble if needed.Rear cast wheel is NOS,never been on the road.Had a tire at one time but never used.
Disc brakes,rotors,etc
Mikuni carb
Handlebars/grips,seat/springs,mirror,tail light,gas tank,foot pegs are new.
Questions &/or additional pics,just ask.
$2,500 negotiable.Knock off $250 if the triumph trans is preffered.
Fenders are tough but useable.
An inexpensive project for a builder who isn't afraid to do some of his own work.
What do you ladies and gents think?

Thank you.

Its a 57 servicar engine.
Pay the extra 250 and get both trannies. Use the four speed - they really need it for modern traffic - and sell the HD tranny for more than that.
