Default 1937 WL Motor

I recently acquired a 1937 WL engine only. It is in barn fresh condition. Looks to have sat many years and is wearing quite a bit of rust and is seized. I believe one or both pistons are seized, but am leery of tearing into it. It also has a Linkert carb that dates to a 41-44 Indian Chief in rebuidable condition.
Could anyone give me an idea of what this motor might be worth?
ANY info would be helpfull,
Thanks
Bob
