No Private Message Section in my UserCP

howdy.

i have read the FAQ's and some other data but the bottom line is no private message(ing) section, box, or other mention in my UserCP

help please?

Did you read the rules when you joined? 5 posts and be a member for 5 days before you can PM and a few other things.

my apologies.

as you can see, i did a lot of reading after i found something worth PM-ing someone. I did read the rules the first day i joined; my mistake....
