I just clicked on NEW POSTS and noticed the banner at the top of the page for Progressive Suspension. The ad says "On sale from April 1 through April 30".

Am I too late or too early?

Too late. That sale ran out on April 30. Now you have to wait until next year and maybe they'll run it again.

Are you sure it was Progressive Suspension or one of the other sponsors selling it. I do not see Progressive Suspension as a sponsor.
