Is there a reason the fullscreen button in embedded YouTube videos is disabled?

I like to view the video full screen a lot of the time. The only way around it is to open the video in YouTube's site.

That's kinda odd mine works fine when I switch to full screen. I'm not a computer expert but I'd guess its in your computer settings somewhere.
