Can't send PM's

Hello. I just created a new account linked from my facebook. As you can see its using my full name and I'd rather have it display something else. I saw the stick that says to PM moderator, but I do not have the ability to send PM messages for some reason. Can moderator assist please?

Ok then I guess I have to make a few more posts. I just don't like having my full name out there as my account name and would like to change it to Elderon or Elderon 1973 please. Thanks.

Yes I saw that but I cannot PM that person to make the change! Hence my problem. I just make some B.S.posts I guess so I can meet the requirements.
